In dashboard, "Effects" and "Audio" briefly appear then disappear when in "edit board"

In dashboard, after activating "edit board," when I click on a video, "Media/Movie" shows up, but "Effects" and "Audio" briefly appear then quickly disappear.

    Hello @lamb1847,

    In edit mode when clicking a media you are editing parameters of the media. But the effects and audio outputs are layer related parameters. 
    Thats why you can't edit them when selecting a media. 
    If you select an empty square, the layer will be selected and you'll be able to tune those parameters.
