Art-Net not working on macOS Sequoia (15.7.1) unless Millumin runs under Rosetta

I’m having an issue with Art-Net output on my new setup. I’m using a Mac Studio M4 Max running macOS Sequoia 15.7.1, with the latest version of Millumin 4 and an ENTTEC ODE Mk2 connected directly via Ethernet (static IP 192.168.0.x).

When Millumin runs natively on Apple Silicon, the ODE Mk2 doesn’t receive any Art-Net packets — the status LED blinks at 0.5 Hz (idle) and the web interface shows 0 packets received. However, if I enable “Open using Rosetta” in Finder and relaunch Millumin, everything works instantly: the ODE Mk2 receives packets and outputs DMX as expected.

Is this behavior related to macOS Sequoia’s new network restrictions, or is it specific to Millumin’s native build? And is there any way to fix it without running Millumin under Rosetta?

    Hello @nah,

    We are not aware about an issue with Artnet.

    A few questions to better understand the situation :

    • Did you authorize Millumin in macOS System Settings ?
    • What is your version of Millumin ? 5.12.t ?
    • If the problem persists, could you send us a TeamViewer (or equivalent) session via email ?
