Hi All

2 questions

1- looking into picking up a couple of Mac Pro towers. I’ve been told you are able to do 4x 4k60 when running the deck link via the built in PCIe slots. Does anyone have any firsthand experience?


2- Some shows as of late are requiring more then 8k worth of synchronized playback. I’m aware that any edge butted surfaces need to come off the same card to prevent tearing Typically the hero screens will be inside of the 8k spec but there are additional canvases, not physically connected, that we would like to drive from the same box/timeline. Media storage and drive read bandwidth aside I would like to know if anyone has firsthand experience driving 2X BMD 8k cards from one machine/instance of Millumin?
