Timeline looping?

Is timeline looping broken or am I missing something? If I set a timeline to Current Media / Loop Mode / Infinite, it does not loop.

  • Timeline looping is set within the timeline itself using the segments. Once you place the timeline in the board just make sure the segment you want to loop is selected.
  • Thank you! I see it now. For anyone else wondering, it is

    1. Go to the timeline
    2. Click on the Keyframe/Segments at the bottom
    3. Click/highlight orange segment bar at the top of the timeline where it says segment and has a loop icon
    4. Set the mode to Loop in the Segment panel on the right
    5. Trim the Orange Segment bar where you want it to loop with he Split Segment Button in the Segment window in the upper right.

  • Hello @matthewronan,

Is there particular reason to have set the "intro" to the end of your segment ?
With this option, Millumin starts to play the "intro" of your segment, then loop between the "intro" and the end of your segment : so in your case, the last frames of your segment (still looping, but only for a few frames).

    Best. Philippe
  • No, that must have been checked accidentally.
