Do you mean : low/high frequency ? Or getting each channel of your sound card (stereo : 2,dolby : 6) ?

For the moment, the solution is to run multiple instance of SoundTransformer and create agregate device with the channel you want to use.
To create agregate device, please run "MIDI Setup" (OSX application).
