Hello!

I was needed a simple software for Mac to playback video + mapping (performing art, play and control video-projection more than VJing and real time effects) 

And Millumin has arrived! Thank you!

Remarks after tests on small projects pro' :

- marks and rules would be welcome (magnetized even better, for placement in the composition)

- And a function that would be useful (maybe this is already possible) :

> be able to "crop" a video file and place the part of the video file on two (or more) layers and two (or more) video projectors for two (or more!) surfaces (wide composition via Matrox TripleHead2Go)

... or, as in AE, to choose the format of the composition for nesting (there, I think complicated)

I hope i'm understandable... (easier in french!)

NB: I work in a french art school so the software will (in addition to my personal purchase!) purchased for the  students at the school

Here are my answers point by point :

  This idea has been posted on Uservoice, so you can vote for it.

  I'm not sure to understand, could you tell me the whole story : why do you need this, for what purpose, how do you want to use this ?
  
  
• the software will be purchased for the  students at the school
  There will be educationnal version. I noted your email and when the pricing will be set, you will be the first to know.
  

We have to speak in english here, so people can understand each other, but you can write me an email in french if you think if it's easier

Little question/fonctionnality request :

I've tring to add many media in the dashboard (is there a limite by layer and page ?)

When i'm adding media on the dashboard, it's automaticaly placed at the end of the dashboard. Even if i go in edit mode, i cant move the postion of the media in the layer. If i want to do this, i have to delete some, to place the good one at the good position, then re insert the following media. Not so useful ?!

Yeah dashboard is hell : it'll be redesigned by the end of august.
For the moment, you cannot move media, only remove them. Sorry about that.
However, there is no limit by layer or page.
