Fixed it by Grokking a featured HTML countdown clock. Can be set to up to 999 hours. Store folder locally on your machine and load HTML file in browser layer in Millumin. The scrolling text function is a little jittery with Millumin's browser implementation but animates smoothly in a regular instance of chrome.
