Controlling mouving heads from an Android tablet

Hello, i need help for cheep option, tablet to dmx.

I make a party room in my home and i get 4 mouving heads and I need option to control them from a tablet, can you help me for that what i need ?

I see some chhep artnet dangle in aliexpres, but im not sure that this is what i need and which app will use and must pay and need to pay for the app or not and need to pay for some code for artnet or no and for that i decide to ask here.
