Enttec DMX doesn't respond

I have a problem that has occurred a few times now: I have a show, then there is a pause and after the pause the next light cue doesn't respond and the Enttec DMX doesn't respond either. Is it possible that the programme switches to a kind of stand-by mode after about 15 minutes if no interactions are made? 

Every time this problem occurred, I restarted the computer and the show continued without any problems.

Hello @TheaterderMitte,

To our knowledge, there is no stand-by mode with the Enttec USB DMX devices.

A few questions :

• What is your device exactly ? Enttec USB DMX Pro Mk2 ? Enttec Open DMX USB ?
• When the problem happens, in the device-panel (CMD+K), is the icon for your DMX device red or green ?
• If you only restart Millumin, does the problem persists ?

- I'm not sure I understand this question. Normally the device always looks green, but then sends no signal.

- As soon as I close Millumin and unplug the DMX device and plug it back in, everything works again

• How do you connect your device ? If you use a USB hub, try to connect your device directly.
• If the problem persists, please send us a TeamViewer session.
