Hi All

is there a way to force Milumin to receive commands from another universe than universe 1.

In the monitor I can only see commands from universe 1.

Changing the receiver universe in the interaction panel does not change anything. I can only see universe1

    Hello @SorenBcn,

    I just checked sACN between 2 computers running Millumin : I was able to send and receive sACN on another universe than 1. I also tried with sACNView and I see no problem.

    What device/software is sending sACN to Millumin ? What is the result with sACNView ?

    thanks for the quick response -

    The sACN comes from a HOG4 light desk. No matter what we can only receive channels from universe 1 out of 7.

    So the quickest solution was to repatach the universe 7 (for millumin) to universe 1

    Using sACNView, did you see the sACN coming on your computer ?

    Could you send us a TeamViewer session next week, so we could investigate this issue ?

    Unfortunately next week we are out of rehearsals so I cannot offer you that.

    The HOG4 is sending the sACN as multicast if it is any help.
