AJA provides drivers so the inputs are detected as camera by macOS. If you cannot select your 4 inputs in Quicktime or Millumin, you should contact AJA support as it might be a limitation with their drivers.
For the outputs, it is different : any software needs to use AJA libraries for this purpose. While we implemented AJA output support a few years ago, new AJA devices have been released and we did not check them all. If after installing AJA drivers, the outputs are still not detected by Millumin, feel free to create an idea on Uservoice for your device, so we could keep track of this request and see if some more users are interested in supporting newest AJA devices.
For info, a lot of users have Blackmagic devices, so this is why we tend to support quickly new devices from this brand.
