In and out points

BIG REQUEST!
There needs to be a better way to set in and out points on a clip.  The best would be a "set in/out here" button that sets the point based on where you are currently at in the video.  If it could pick that up live while the clip is playing, even better.

A slightly smaller request is to be able to run the counter in seconds and frames, rather than milliseconds.
