10.11 Will be available at the end of this month with lots of fixes, stability & Performance Updates.
Is it safe to update for the use of millumin?

For now, it has not been released, and we don't recommand using OSX 10.11. We're testing their Gold Master.
When enough have been made, we'll inform our user regarding El Capitan. Thank you for your patience.

For the record : Millumin is supported on OSX El Capitan
