Syphon intermittent capture

Using Syphon to grab a 3840 x 1080 output of a webpage and using as an input into Millumin.  It seemed to work for awhile but now is hit or miss on when it will actually display the image.  It seems to be without rhyme or reason on when it will work.  It's not a 10.9 or 10.10 error as it was working for days on both operating systems.  Sometimes my image is there and sometimes it is not.  Expanding the cue doesn't help.  Stepping through in the composition mode, it all is there, only when playing in composition or dashboard mode it errors out.

Any thoughts?

    solved it.  Ended up being butted up instances of Syphon which resulted in the black layers.
