keyframe effects in composition, not using milluplug

Hello,
I just wonder if it's possible to keyframe effects in a composition, or if it's planned to do so ?
Because I'm not sure to understand the way of Milluplug/animation. I'm lost with the parameter thing, not knowing witch one apply.

I know it might be a hard work, not sure if it's useful though, but I still ask.

This is planned, and you can vote for this idea, but it won't be released in the next months. Sorry.
MilluPlug is ok for simple animation, not for timed and more complex animation.
