Tricky delay with simple timeline reading

Hello I have a strange behaviour on v 5.14.j :

On a simple cue I project one grid from a layer of the board on a canvas and one grid comming from a timeline on a second canvas.

The grid from the timeline appears much later than the one from the layer of the board.

I checked if there was a black at the beginning of the timeline but no...

I hope the video attached will be clear.

As you can see there is a segment in the timeline and one canvas is 1080p and the other one in 2160p.

An explication?

    Please send us a TeamViewer session (or equivalent) to our email support. We will check this out.

    In general, it is better to report a problem via email, as we can follow the ticket, ask for private info/access, ... in a more easy fashion.

    Ok my main problem to do that is that it's on a professionnal computer in a theater where it's hard to have internet as often and it wasn't a question of life or death.
