Loopback NDI output of one canvas to anther with audio
Hello,
I have two separate canvases, a widescreen 3:1 and a 16:9.
Output of the 3:1 display is set to output over NDI with Send Audio box checked, volume up to 100, without alpha.
It is available under the Inputs folders and is dropped in an empty layer on the 16:9 Canvas.
I checked both "Keep Hot" and "Render Audio" on the NDI input.
Video playback is as expected on the 16:9 canvas, following the input from the 3:1.
I have a video on the 3:1 canvas playing with audio in the assets confirmed.
Problem: Under the audio routing window, I see two inputs, but there are no bouncing bars, indicating receiving audio from the NDI input. I believe at this point I should be seeing this, but I don't.
I also checked using NDI Video monitor on another computer, pulling in the 3:1 canvas, but without audio.
Is this workflow not available? Im not sure why I don't see audio, especially given the Send Audio box is checked on the canvas side.
I also tried with a video routing output, to similar results.

Thank you all!

Updated Info:
Prior tests involved a video playing on a layer on the 3:1 canvas. Audio Routing for this was mapped to a Dante Output, channels 1 and 2.
Moving audio routing on this layer to NDI did not embed audio into the NDI video output, as defined in the 3:1 Canvas setting. I was able to pull this audio source into another machine to confirm there is an NDI audio stream available. However, I do need to route audio from this layer into Dante, not NDI. I don't seem to be able to route a layer audio to 2 different devices at the same time, NDI and Dante, which would be a path forward.
Essentially, the goal is to have two canvases, each pushing out a distinct audio and video output. Sometimes, the 16:9 canvas will need to track both video and audio on the 3:1 canvas, but other times, they will be playing independent video and audio, each needing different end destinations (Dante output 1+2 for 3:1 and Dante output 3+4 for 16:9)
