MBP M5
Thinking of purchasing two base model MBP M5 for a very simple tethered backup system, running 1080p videos to a single screen through an ATEM mini switcher. I have been running a MBP 16" 2019 Intel through an HDMI splitter to strip any HDCP related issues with good and stutter-free playback for years. With the introduction of the M1 chip I read somewhere that there were some more issues with Blackmagic equipment and HDCP related stutter with Silicon chips. Are there still any of these issues?
