Enttec dmx usb pro not working anymore.

I can't connect my Enttec dmx usb pro anymore to Millumin (4.18 version) . My mac M1 pro is running on Monterey 12.1 It was working well yesterday, but today i loaded my project and the dmx device was not recognized.

In the device manager Menu in Millumin, i can see my usb pro dmx but can't connect. Still the red dot...

I've tried to download the ftdi drivers by using clean and install option in the preference menu of the device manager, but it failed every time while my internet connection is well working...

I've also ensured that the special open dmx mode is unchecked. The Enttec usb dmx pro seems ok cause the green light on the box appears when i connect it.

I've seen in the forum similar problem, so i tried to open a new project, creating a new light and the problem still remains.

I've tried all different usb ports... still the same.

I've a show coming soon and i can't identify the real problem. everything was working fine until this morning. Each time the enttec appeared directly without doing anything. So i don't know what's the problem.

Please can you help me with that. Thanks a lot for this, it's a bit urgent.

    A few questions to better understand your situation :

    • Before the problem happened, did you upgrade your macOS ?
    • Could you compare with Millumin V5 : do you see a difference ?
    • Could you send us a TeamViewer session via email ?

    No i didn't upgrade Mac OS, actually i did nothing special, it just stopped to recognized.

    I've also tried to install Millumin V5 and the problem is the same, it can't connect with my Enttec usb pro dmx.

    I'm not used to teamviewer how does it work?

  • Hello @greg,

    TeamViewer will make us able to see your screen and control your computer.

    You only need to run TeamViewer, give the authorization to capture the screen and control the mouse, then send us the ID and temporary password. Of course, contact us via email to send us these infos.
