Remapping a wide canvas onto quadrants of a 4K output

Been trying to map a single 4x1 HD Canvas into a single 4k output (to then be split by FX4 or similar).

BG videos are single file to suit canvas, not pre-split.

Tried a few options but nothing got there for me. Any ideas?
