PJ Link data track (linked canvas ?)

I’m using a PJ Link data track to control the projector’s shutter. However, I’m facing an issue where the projector’s shutter opens by itself, even though ‘shutter close’ commands have been entered. I found that this problem occurs when the next command’s state is set to ‘shutter open.’ Could you explain the reason for this issue and suggest how to solve it?

    Hello @april,

    Open the device-panel (CMD+K) then check that your PJLink device does not have a linked canvas : indeed, this feature will open/close the shutter automatically depending if there is or not content in your canvas.
