ISF effects input texture: get existing layer.

I've been converting gl-transitions (https://gl-transitions.com/gallery) package to work in ISF-ready softwares (https://github.com/benoitlahoz/isf-transitions). But, for the time being, I'm only able to bind a live input to a texture in ISF.

The ability to bind a Millumin layer would allow to play with custom transitions between them, like in VDMX.

Is it in your roadmap, or does anyone thinks of a workaround, as Millumin seems to not allow a loop between a local Syphon/NDI (eg.: I output an image from Millumin through Syphon and can consume it in my shader) output and this binding?

Thank you very much!

Benoît

  • Hello Benoit,

I just found your converted transitions package on the net. Super! Thanks for your efforts. There are some very nice transitions in there. Something like this has been missing in Millumin for a long time.

    best regards
