Launch a column again after playing it, without having to 'stop' the column

Is there a way to launch a column after it has been played without having to stop the column? I typically work with Companion and as an example if the column contains only one video and it has played out, it seems I have to 'stop' the column before I can play it again. In another instance if a column is looping something and I just want to start the loop from the beginning I would like to be able to launch the column without having to stop it.
