Problem BLACK MAGIC intensity PRO

I have two of blackmagic Intensity pro, work with hdmi, only if some input hdmi unplug and plug back in, it does not recognize, I have to reniciar the computer, know tell me what it is? I am using latest version of the driver.

    I'm not sure to understand your problem, but it seems related to your Blackmagic card : did you contact Blackmagic support, and explained your problem ? Did you test with Blackmagic Media Express ?
