Problem with the INTRO parameter.

If you check the INTRO checkbox on the timeline that is not divided into segments, and insert the timeline as media in the dashboard, then everything will work correctly.

If the timeline is divided into 2 or more segments and INTRO is used, this function will stop working. the selected segment will loop and the INTRO will be ignored.

    Hello @fariddinsharapov,

    This is normal : if you use a "custom segment", you override the behavior of the timeline (intro included).

    In brief : do not use any "custom segment", extend your timeline on several column and select the right segment directly in the dashboard. See this article.
