I can't seem to find the cog icon for layer scale, and it happens only on one machine. I tried to restart and it didn't work. Is there an option to enable/disable the cog for scale?
When you use mapping tool, cog icon disappear. So if you want cog icon appear again, press the button "Reset mapping". But you lose your mapping setup.
