Stuttering video when playing the next column

Hello.

I am using Ver.4.12.l.

For many years I have been plagued by stuttering in the video when playing the next Column.

Isn't there a solution for this?

I have a MacBook Pro (2019 i7 32G Radeon Pro Vega 20).
