Hide Layer with Transition

I need to find a way to have a layer be hidden and un-hidden with transition on and off or another means of downstream keying of the current column trigger.


Basically we have text overlay that comes on and off during the show at random times triggered from another operator and it can be on top of any column at any time. or even on and off during the same column of media.

    You can create an interaction to put the opacity to 0% or 100% depending on if you want the layer to be hidden or visible. More info in this tutorial.
