Master Cue V6 trigger

Hi,

i'll just run some tests.
I discovered a problem with the MasterCue V6 in Millumin V3 and beta.
The device works great with the interaction panel in Millumin V2.
From version 3 on not all key commands that are pressed at the presenter are forwarded or backwarded anymore.

For an upcoming event in Singapore this weekend I would have liked to use the V3 version. So it's useless for me.

    There should not be a difference between Millumin V2 and V3 on this topic.

    A few questions to understand your situation :
    - What is your version of Millumin ? Official 3.11.r or beta 3.12.m ?
    - Could you tell us if some logs appear, in Millumin/Monitor/Logs ?

    Hi Philippe,

    I try out both Millumin V3 r and beta n.
    In the monitor log Millumin detects every click.
    However, there is not every click to go forward or backward to the next column.

    Hello @CitizenCaine,

    From what I understand :
    - in the logs, you can read all the input from your MasterCue (key down, key up)
    - the interactions (to go previous/next column) work sometimes, and sometimes not

    Am I right ? If the problem persists, could you set up a TeamViewer session (send us the id/password via email) ?

    yes, the problem still perstists.
    I wrote you an e-mail with the id and password.

    Maybe it is also good to skype during the teamviewer access. The production computer has no cam or mic connected.

    Ok, we we fixed the problem. The fix will come in next version (3.12.o).
    We sent you an intermediate version.
