Radeon 555x vs 560x on Macbook Pro

I'm planning to buy a 2018 Macbook Pro. Is there a big or a minor difference between GPU Radeon 555x and 560x ? Or would I go for eGPU whathever configuration I take ... ?

The difference isn't very big, as you can see on this benchmark website.

You have more info about eGPU on our post here, as well as a strong eGPU configuration for less then 700€.
