This is not possible, but feel free to submit an idea to Uservoice (supporting AppleScript in data-track for example).
However, I guess you could use a data-track with the right "string" : I think your AppleScript is doing the same, you just have to look for the right "string" inside this script.
Could you upload your script here ? Your script is probably sending a "string" to your videoprojector, so you could use a data-track in Millumin directly.
