8k output with Decklink 8K PRO card

Hi,

I have a problem with making output 7680x4320 60fps with Decklink 8K PRO card.

Preview has a many frizzes , but fps counter shows 60 FPS. If I reduce the frame rate to 30, the output looks normal.

The load of the video card and processor is not higher than 60-70%.

What could be the problem?

    Hello @fariddinsharapov,

    The processor is not a good metric, as the bottleneck is probably the amount of data travelling on your motherboard.

    What is your machine ? MacPro 2019 ?

    Are you sure your card is connected to the right PCIe (it requires a PCI Express 8 lane generation 3) ?

    Are you sure you correctly setup your machine with "Expansion Slot Utility", see this article ?
